Our office is located approximately two blocks from St. Luke's Hospital. There is a private off street parking lot available with designated handicapped parking. Please call ahead if you have special needs. We offer Full Laboratory Facilities (located on the lower level) including Inhalation Therapy, Spirometry, EKGs and Audio/Vision Testing. Some of our providers and staff are fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. PATIENT INTERNET ACCESS: We are now providing access to our Patient Portal. This allows parents and teenagers to communicate with our office in a secure manner. Through the Patient Portal, you will be able to request an appointment, referral, prescription refill and view limited medical information. An enrollment form must be completed in the office for each patient. We will then provide you with a user name & password. Our staff will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.
